Attack on Railway: Russian Resistance Fighters Rise Against Putin

Russian resistance fighters are rising against the incumbent President Putin and his war of aggression in Ukraine, reports Igor Sushko on the short messaging service X, formerly known as Twitter.

He writes: “Russia: Electrical switchgear of the railway was set on fire by Russian resistance fighters in Donskoy, Tula region.” To substantiate his statement, he posts a video lasting 26 seconds, purportedly showing the said switchgear burning. Sushko makes no comment about the extent of the damage or potential disruptions to the railway service.

These claims have not yet been independently verified or confirmed. Therefore, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for parties involved to deliberately spread misinformation to strengthen their own position or weaken that of the opponent.
