The Ukrainian armed forces continue their offensive actions against the Russian soldiers.
According to the report, Ukraine’s soldiers continue their offensive actions on the Orichiv axis in southern Ukraine, with units reaching the first Russian main defense line in the process. Russian forces, on the other hand, are trying to stop Ukraine’s counteroffensive while maintaining their own offensive on the northern axis around Kupiansk.
Russian forces with diversionary tactics?
Russian forces are apparently attempting, in all likelihood, to distract Ukraine from its counteroffensive and force it to split its forces between Orikhiv and Kupiansk. By doing so, however, Russia risks splitting its forces to prevent a Ukrainian breakthrough, according to the British Ministry of Defense.
Already since the beginning of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, the British Ministry of Defense has been providing regular updates on the Ukrainian and Russian situation.
