According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian air defense systems shot down over 30 Ukrainian drones on Saturday night.
The Ministry announced via Telegram that the deployed air defense systems destroyed a total of 36 Ukrainian unmanned aircraft over the Black Sea and in the northwestern part of Crimea. This was reported by the German news website n-tv.de.
In addition, Russian state media reported last Sunday of immense losses for Ukraine. In recent days, over 100 Ukrainian soldiers are said to have been killed in Yuzhno-Donetsk, according to the German news platform n-tv.de. A report from the Ministry of Defense, quoted by Ria, states that units of the Vostok troop group, in cooperation with the army aviation and artillery, successfully repelled four attacks from assault groups of the 58th motorized infantry, the 79th air assault brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces, and the 128th territorial defense brigade in the areas of the settlements Urozhaynoye, Novomikhailovka, and Staromayorskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
