In just 24 hours: Ukraine “eliminates” over 1000 Russian soldiers

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has published the latest Russian losses. Since the beginning of the offensive war against Ukraine, Russia has already lost 321,800 soldiers.

This includes the 1,130 soldiers that the Russian armed forces lost in the past 24 hours. This was announced by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense on platform X, formerly Twitter. According to the Ukrainian information, Russia also destroyed 20 tanks, increasing the total number to 5,466 tanks that have been “eliminated” by Ukraine. The report further states that Ukraine has managed to inflict the loss of 10,224 armored combat vehicles, 10,198 vehicles and fuel tanks, 7,802 artillery systems, 902 multiple rocket launch systems, 591 air defense systems, 323 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 5,799 drones, and 22 boats on Russia.

These figures have not yet been verified and/or confirmed by an independent party. For this reason, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflict parties to deliberately spread misinformation to strengthen their own position or weaken the opponent’s.
