In just a few hours: Russia loses hundreds of soldiers

The Ukrainian General Staff has stated in its daily update that Russia has already lost 273,460 soldiers since the beginning of the war of aggression against Ukraine.

These figures also include the losses of the past 24 hours, which amount to 520 soldiers. In addition, according to The Kyiv Independent so far lost 4,628 tanks, 8,851 armored combat vehicles, 8,601 vehicles and fuel tanks, 6,062 artillery systems, 778 multiple rockets, 526 air defense systems, 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,784 drones, and 20 warships or boats. These figures come from a party to the conflict and have not yet been independently verified/confirmed. For this reason, the report should be evaluated with reservations.

Slovakia intends to maintain its ban on imports of certain agricultural products from Ukraine regardless of a Ukrainian complaint to the World Trade Organization (WTO). This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture according to n-tv.de in the evening to the news agency TASR. Ukraine has filed a complaint with the WTO against the three neighboring countries Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, due to their import ban against Ukrainian agricultural products. Jozef Bires, Slovakia’s agriculture minister, said he was “surprised” by the complaint and has continued to defend Slovakia’s actions.
