Ukraine has struck a successful blow in the ongoing war against the Russian aggressor. This reports the German news website merkur.de with reference to a video by Ukrainian journalist Andriy Tsaplienko.
On the video an American M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) was seen taking out one Russian weapon after another. “At one of the frontline areas, aerial reconnaissance detected four Russian artillery systems. The HIMARS is a light multiple rocket launcher artillery system on a truck chassis from the manufacturer Lockheed Martin. The type designation of the US military is M142. The U.S. had already provided HIMARS to Ukraine in 2022 in the fight against Russia. It is considered one of the most powerful weapons available to Ukraine in the fight against Russia.
