“Russia has once again bombarded Ukraine with Shahed drones during the night, as reported by The Kyiv Independent, citing the Ukrainian Air Force.
In total, all 21 drones launched by Russia were shot down. The drones were launched from the vicinity of the Russian port city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk in the southern Krasnodar region.
Additionally, the Ukrainian military destroyed two out of three cruise missiles. The attack was primarily aimed at the western Ukrainian region of Khmelnytskyi as well as southern regions. The attack drones were shot down over the regions of Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Khmelnytskyi.
These claims have not yet been independently verified and/or confirmed. Therefore, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflicting parties to deliberately spread false information to strengthen their own position or weaken that of the enemy.”
