After recent anti-Semitic incidents at an airport in Dagestan, a predominantly Muslim republic in southern Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin has placed blame on the West. This information is reported by German news website fr.de.
Putin believes that these incidents were caused by activities on social media orchestrated by “Western intelligence agencies” and Ukraine. He referred to the USA as “scum” for allegedly aiding in inspiring the attack through “special services.” Putin further ranted that Washington is leading a “global dictatorship,” and the USA is like a “spider” that is the “root of all evil.”
The Russian news agency Tass quotes Putin: “We must know and understand where the root of evil lies, where this spider, which is trying to envelop the entire planet, the whole world with its web, and achieve our strategic defeat on the battlefield, is using the people it has deceived for decades in the territory of today’s Ukraine.”
