Rocket strike in Kharkiv: Mere seconds to safety, 6 fatalities reported

Kharkiv Depot Rocket Strike: 6 Dead Among 22 Present, Warning Seconds Prior to Blast.

Recent missile strikes targeted the Nova Poschta delivery depot in Kharkiv, resulting in a rise in casualties, with 16 injured, as “Ukrainska Pravda” confirmed. On the day of the assault, October 21, 22 individuals were on-site, out of which six tragically lost their lives.

Evidence of S-300 Missile Discovered on Site

Following the incident, investigators identified remnants of an S-300 missile at the scene. A multi-disciplinary team, comprising forensic experts and specialized analysts, collaborated closely to assess the aftermath. “Ukrainska Pravda” disclosed that authorities have initiated a criminal inquiry under Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, which addresses wartime law and custom breaches.

Depot Workers Given Scant Warning Prior to Catastrophic Detonation

Alarmingly, depot personnel were granted barely a moment to seek cover. The alert for the incoming airstrike was sounded merely moments before the devastating explosion, as relayed by “Ukrainska Pravda”. Additionally, both Oleh Syniehubov, leader of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed that Russian forces had initiated missile attacks on Kharkiv city.
