Russia: Colossal losses in “kamikaze attack”

The Russian forces have lost a series of tanks in a single attack near Donetsk.

This was reported by the Munich Merkur, citing the US news magazine Newsweek. The renewed military defeat is said to have occurred on October 10 in Avdiivka, only about five kilometers northwest of the city border of Donetsk. Newsweek reported on the “colossal tank and armor losses during the ‘Kamikaze attack’ at Avdiivka.”

Ukrainian artillery destroys large number of Russian tanks and equipment

Ukrainian bloggers also showcased the losses following the attacks in several videos that have surfaced on platform X, formerly Twitter. However, these videos have not yet been independently verified. The videos show Russian tanks being hit and engulfed in flames and smoke, with the tanks clearly marked by the typical “Z”. Presumed Russian soldiers are also seen jumping from the tanks and seeking shelter. The report further states that a “large number of Russian tanks and equipment” has been destroyed by Ukrainian artillery.
