Russian offensive ends in disaster: 50 tanks destroyed

According to the report from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian troops are continuing their attacks on the city of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region, experiencing significant losses.

The report, published on Facebook, states that the enemy has resumed its offensive operations and continues to attempt to encircle Avdiivka. Ukraine claims to have inflicted substantial losses on Russia. In the course of the last day, the enemy is reported to have nearly 900 killed or injured soldiers, almost 50 tanks, and over 100 destroyed or damaged vehicles. In the past week, Moscow has intensified its attacks on the Ukrainian-controlled city of Avdiivka, as reported by the German news website n-tv.de.

These claims have not yet been verified or confirmed by independent sources. Consequently, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflicting parties to deliberately spread misinformation to strengthen their own position or weaken the opponent’s.
