Sinking in the Black Sea: Russia Destroys Ukrainian Warship

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the navy has destroyed an unmanned Ukrainian naval ship en route to Crimea, as reported by the German news website n-tv.de.

According to the ministry, at around 08:00 Moscow time, an unmanned Ukrainian naval ship was detected in the western Black Sea, heading towards the Crimean Peninsula. The identified target was then eliminated.

These claims have not yet been independently verified and/or confirmed. Therefore, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflicting parties to deliberately spread misinformation to strengthen their own position or weaken the opponent’s.

Further news about Ukraine:

Russian sabotage groups are increasingly trying to breach the Ukrainian border in the Kharkiv region, instead of targeting the Sumy region as usual, reports Andrij Demchenko, the spokesman for the state border guard, according to n-tv.de. “In the past, we recorded the majority of registered Russian sabotage groups towards Sumy. However, in recent weeks, we have observed a shift towards the Kharkiv region,” Demchenko explained in a television interview. He added: “Lately, we have not recorded any activities of sabotage groups towards Sumy,” and speculated that Russia may have changed its strategy due to low success rates.
