On the evening of November 29, residents of Bryansk reported a loud noise near the television center, resembling an explosion. This was reported by the Ukrainian online newspaper RBC-Ukraine.
There are reports of a suspected attack on a drone warehouse, which may have been carried out by Ukrainian forces. The Ukrainian side has not yet commented on these reports.
At 18:12, an explosion occurred in Bryansk near a warehouse for ‘Heron-2’ drones. Residents reported explosions near the television center. According to preliminary information, the warehouse appears to have been attacked by Ukrainian drones. Details on damages and possible casualties are still being determined.
On social media, there is speculation that anti-aircraft systems or electronic warfare systems may have been activated. The residents of Bryansk are urgently advised not to panic. Recently, there have been increased reports of drone attacks on Russian territory. On the morning of November 29, an unidentified drone was reportedly shot down in the Moscow region. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported that the drone was heading towards Moscow.
These claims have not yet been verified and/or confirmed by independent sources. Therefore, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflicting parties to deliberately spread misinformation to strengthen their own position or weaken that of the enemy.
