According to Tarnavskyi’s report, Ukrainian artillery units killed 99 fighters and wounded 190 others. In addition, 12 prisoners were taken, bringing Russian losses to 301. Further, Ukrainian forces destroyed Russian military equipment, including five tanks and eight armored personnel carriers. According to Tarnavskyi, Tavria forces, Ukrainian units on the southern front line, also destroyed three Russian ammunition depots. Destroying Russian military equipment and undermining supplies is a key strategy of the ongoing Ukrainian offensive.
