Ukraine on the march? Russia suffers bitter losses

Russia is currently suffering bitter losses in the war of aggression against Ukraine and is struggling with problems.

Russian losses are extremely high. Accordingly, Ukraine reported last Friday that Moscow lost 1,380 soldiers in the days before. This includes killed, wounded and also missing soldiers. These high numbers apparently have not been seen since the most intense days around the embattled city of Bachmut. Material losses were also said to be heavy.

In general, Russia’s armed forces are facing problems and limitations. No more than three to four battalions are involved in the attacks at the same time, which is why they are still of tactical rather than strategic importance. So far, Russian troops have not succeeded in breaking through the Ukrainian defense line.

Ukraine shows strength

Furthermore, Ukraine has been showing strength in recent days. It appears to be able to repel Russian airstrikes more and more effectively. In the last ten days alone, Kiev has shot down at least four Russian aircraft and damaged others.
