Ukraine shoots down 27 of 30 Russian combat drones

In the night from Monday to Tuesday, Ukrainian air defense systems shot down 27 Russian attack drones.

At least one fatality in Lviv

In addition, local authorities have reported damage and at least one fatality in a drone strike in the western city of Lviv. This reported The Kyiv Independent. Lviv Oblast Governor Maksym Kozytskyi reported that 18 attack drones were sent to the region, 15 of which were shot down by air defense systems. Industrial warehouses in the city were hit by three strikes, causing fires to break out and injuring a 26-year-old man, Kozytskyi said. In addition, the body of another man was later found under the rubble, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi said. Furthermore, on the morning of Sept. 19, four people were injured in Beryslav, Kherson Oblast, when a drone dropped an explosive device near a bus stop.
