The Ukraine has reported that it eliminated hundreds of Russian soldiers within the past few hours. This reports The Kyiv Independent with reference to the morning update of the General Staff of Ukraine.
Specifically, according to Ukrainian accounts, Russia has lost 650 soldiers in the last 24 hours. This brings the total losses on the Russian side since the escalation of the war of aggression in violation of international law at the end of February to 255,570, according to the Ukrainian account, in addition to 4,324 tanks, 8,380 armed/armored vehicles, 7,614 vehicles or tankers, 5,152 artillery systems, 714 multiple rocket launchers, 485 air defense systems, 315 aircraft, 314 helicopters, 4,248 drones, and 18 boats.
This information comes from a party to the conflict and has not yet been independently verified and/or confirmed. For this reason, they are to be evaluated with reservations. Under certain circumstances, it can be advantageous for warring parties to make false statements about the course of the conflict in order to strengthen their own position or to weaken that of their opponents.
