Heavy blow for Putin: Ukraine destroys air defense systems

In its daily update, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced the losses of the Russian Army. Since the start of the offensive war on Ukraine, the country has already lost 296,310 soldiers.

In the last 24 hours, Russia had to account for the loss of 800 soldiers, and the country also lost seven tanks, bringing the total number of destroyed tanks to 5,112. Ukraine has also managed to destroy two air defense systems, bringing the total number of such systems lost by Russia since the start of the war to 554. According to a publication on platform X, formerly known as Twitter, Russia has also lost 9,697 armored combat vehicles, 9,474 vehicles and fuel tanks, 7,125 artillery systems, 833 multiple rocket launch systems, 320 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 5,372 drones, and 20 boats.

These figures have not yet been verified and/or confirmed by an independent source. Therefore, they should be viewed with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for parties to the conflict to deliberately spread misinformation in order to strengthen their own position or weaken that of the opponent.
