Putin pays a high price: Ukraine takes out hundreds of soldiers

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his soldiers are paying a high price for the war of aggression against Ukraine. At least that is what is reported from Kyiv. Russia is said to have lost hundreds of soldiers within a few hours.

Within the last 24 hours Russia has lost 490 of its soldiers in the war against Ukraine. This reports The Kyiv Independent with reference to the morning update of the Ukrainian General Staff. Russian losses since the escalation of Russia’s war of aggression in February total 261,310 troops, according to Ukraine’s account. In addition, there is military equipment. For example, Russia has lost 4,400 tanks, 8,562 armed/armored vehicles, 7,866 vehicles and tankers, 5,425 artillery systems, 730 multiple rocket launchers, 499 air defense systems, 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,383 drones, and 18 boats.
