Putin pays high price: Ukraine takes out hundreds of soldiers

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his army are paying a heavy price for the escalation of Russia’s war of aggression in February 2022, reports The Kyiv Independent with reference to the morning update of the General Staff of Ukraine.

According to Ukraine, Russia has lost 470 of its soldiers within the last 24 hours. This brings Russian losses since the escalation of the war of aggression to a total of 259,630 soldiers. In addition, there are other Russian military equipment. According to Ukrainian data, this includes 4,378 tanks, 8,521 armed/armored vehicles, 7,790 vehicles and tankers, 5,361 artillery systems, 724 multiple rocket launchers, 495 air defense systems, 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,356 drones and 18 boats. Ukraine is keeping mum about its own losses in the war against Russia.
