Explosions on Crimean peninsula: Ukraine attacks Russian Black Sea Fleet

As the German news website n-tv.de cites a report of the Ukrajinska Pravda, Ukrainian armed forces and the SBU intelligence service have attacked the Crimean peninsula illegally annexed by Russia.

Dozens of people died and others are injured as a result of the attacks, according to the report. According to Ukrajinska Pravda, Ukraine has attacked military positions in Crimea with drones. The Internet portal refers to informed circles at the Ukrainian intelligence service SBU. Published were also a photo of smoke clouds. According to it, Ukraine attacked the 126th Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the village of Perevalnoye not far from the capital of Crimea, Simferopol. Drones struck near Russian air defenses and an ammunition depot. Military equipment was also reportedly severely damaged. Russia was reportedly unprepared for the attack.
