In just 24 hours: Russia loses more than 1000 soldiers

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has stated in its daily situation report that Russia has lost more than 285,920 soldiers since the beginning of the major offensive.

As reported by The Kyiv Independent, this number includes the losses incurred in the past 24 hours. According to the report, Russia lost 1,030 soldiers during this period. In addition, the country has also lost 4,931 tanks, 9,313 armored combat vehicles, 9,203 vehicles and fuel tanks, 6,807 artillery systems, 811 multiple rockets, 546 air defense systems, 316 airplanes, 316 helicopters, 5,264 drones, and 20 boats since the invasion began in February of the previous year.

These claims have not yet been independently verified and/or confirmed. Therefore, they should be considered with caution. In war, it can be advantageous for conflicting parties to deliberately spread false information to strengthen their own position or weaken the opponent’s.
